It aims to help early years practitioners understand the impacts, recognise bullying behaviour and the importance of taking action, if necessary.

The Training
On completing the course, learners should understand:

- What harassment is

- What the law says
- The actions you should take if you are bullied, or harassed
- Informal and formal complaints
Final Test
Once you have completed the online training, you will be able to take the final test.
Duration
It should take approximately 20 minutes to complete the entire course.
